1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using low.lk, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

low.lk is a B2B wholesale platform intended for verified business owners and retailers in Sri Lanka. To access wholesale prices and place orders, you must:

  • Be a registered business entity in Sri Lanka
  • Provide valid business registration documents
  • Complete the verification process
  • Be at least 18 years of age

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made according to the selected payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment due upon delivery
  • Card Payment: Processed securely via PayHere
  • Wallet: Deducted from your account balance

5. Pricing

All prices displayed are wholesale prices in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds will be processed to your wallet balance or original payment method as applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

low.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of low.lk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
